No Food Processor Required Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp 100% peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (personally I regretted this choice, should’ve left it out)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Uplift Food (Strengthening Vanilla Flavour) or use another vanilla flavoured protein powder you like!
  • ¼ – ½ cup almond meal (depends if you use the above or not)
  • 2 tbsp cacao chips
  • Water, as needed to bind

Method

  • Pop wet ingredients in the bowl first, then dry ingredients and combine
  • Add water if required to get to a moist roll-able texture
  • Roll into bite-sized balls
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or leave overnight, if you can wait!)
