We’re looking for a creative, ambitious and socially-savvy Social Media Content Creator & Strategist. This is a specialist role in a small but mighty all-female creative team, and an exciting opportunity for someone who is as passionate about women’s wellbeing as they are about creating social media content, and is looking to build a long-term career within a growing mission-driven digital media business.
The role
As our Social Media Content Creator & Strategist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and growing The Ribbon Box’s social presence across multiple platforms.
You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, spotting trends, developing platform-specific strategies, managing client and partner relationships, and helping drive audience growth across our channels.
You’ll work closely with our creative, partnerships and leadership teams, bringing fresh ideas, strategic thinking and a strong understanding of what performs across today’s social landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, design, and curate engaging and trending content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and more
- Conceptualise and create video content, graphics and stills to drive engagement and growth
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions across multiple clients in the fertility, wellbeing pregnancy and parenting sectors, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Conduct research to identify trends and provide recommendations for content strategy
- Collaborate daily with the creative and partnerships team on content planning and strategy
- Support our Editorial Lead with managing client communications, project timelines and content delivery with professionalism and attention to detail
- Foster relationships within our online community, as well as influencers and brand advocates, to manage brand reputation
- Consistent front of camera presence, presenting in videos and hosting TikTok and IG lives and podcast episodes
Required experience and skills
- 2 years of experience in social media management, community management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms and content creation
- A keen eye for social trends
- Strong creativity, with natural aesthetic feel and visual storytelling
- Skilled in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva)
- Excellent organisational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to analyse data to inform content strategy
- A genuine interest in (or lived experience of) the wellbeing, fertility, pregnancy, parenting or women’s health sectors
Nice to have
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism or a related field
- Experience working in-house for a digital or creative agency

You’re an organised self-starter who is comfortable with the idea of taking ownership of projects from concept to execution, and you’re really motivated by seeing your ideas come to life and perform well.

A skilled and driven Media Sales Executive with proven sales experience is needed to join the team at this fast-growing global online well-being, fertility, and parenting media platform based in Chiswick, West London, on a full-time basis. If you’ve just finished a grad scheme in sales at a publisher or agency, we want to hear from you.
This is a one-off opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative, female founder-led company and to take your career to the next level.
The Ribbon Box seek a talented and experienced sales member to join their expanding team and sell media/content partnerships in the fertility, well-being, pregnancy, and parenting space. The candidate will actively seek out new customers and prospects and engage with existing clients – driving new business and making a real impact on people’s lives.
This is a hybrid role with Monday – Thursday in the Chiswick office, with Tuesdays and Friday remote (working from home). The role may require some international travel and attending exhibitions and conferences.
This role offers excellent earning potential with generous commission structure and bonus opportunities.

About You
The ideal candidate will be personable, confident, creative, motivated, highly organised, and assertive. Someone happy to actively bring in new client prospects and respond to sales enquiries. The successful candidate will also manage their CRM sales system and sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and reaching out to appropriate global companies to build relationships with
- Liaising with fertility clinics, fem-techs, agencies, wellbeing, fertility and parenting products, brands, and media companies
- Selling content partnership activity to potential new clients
- Negotiating campaign pricing for mutually beneficial commercial opportunities
- Building and nurturing relationships with new prospects and understanding their needs/business objectives
- Maintaining positive business relationships with long-term partners for renewals
- Worldwide travel for annual conferences – attend and seek out business prospects to pitch to
- Strategic thinking and creative contribution to sales pitches
- Outreach to prospects to sell subscriptions for our new AI driven Influencer Matching Platform
- Sales-focused, driven to beat monthly, quarterly, and annual targets is critical
Required Experience:
- Proven outbound sales results are essential
- Experience in advertising / media sales is a bonus
