SWMR Fertility was created to change the conversation around fertility by putting men back into the equation. While fertility has traditionally focused on women, nearly half of all infertility cases involve a male factor. Our mission is simple: educate men about the importance of sperm health and provide science-backed nutritional support that helps them optimize their fertility even before trying to conceive.

SWMR was founded by Dr. Brian Steixner and Dr. Joshua Gonzalez, two Ivy League-trained, board-certified urologists who specialize in male reproductive and sexual health. Unlike other wellness brands, SWMR was built by physicians who treat men struggling with infertility every day. Their mission is also deeply personal. Both doctors relied on IVF to build their own families, giving them firsthand experience with the emotional, financial, and physical challenges couples face on the road to parenthood.
