The Fertility Concierge
Fertility treatment can be a lot
Starting IVF, IUI, or an egg freezing cycle can mean learning a lot of new things at once — including how to prepare and administer fertility injections at home.
For many patients, that can feel overwhelming. There are medications to keep track of, instructions to follow, and injections that may involve multiple steps, from mixing and reconstituting medications to administering them correctly at specific times. Add in a very understandable fear of needles or uncertainty about doing everything correctly, and it can quickly become a lot to manage.
That’s where The Fertility Concierge (TFC) comes in
TFC sends experienced, TFC-Certified™ registered nurses directly to patients’ homes to administer fertility injections according to their clinic’s instructions and schedule.
It’s a service many patients don’t realize exists until they need it — and one designed to make the at-home part of fertility treatment feel a little more manageable.
How much support you want — and when you want it — is entirely up to you
Some patients book a nurse for their very first injection, using the visit as an opportunity to ask questions, learn the process, and feel more confident administering future injections themselves.
Others call on TFC for injections that feel particularly daunting, like a precisely timed trigger injection or ongoing progesterone in oil (PIO) injections that can be physically difficult to administer without assistance. And some prefer to have a nurse handle their injections throughout their cycle, taking one more responsibility off their plate.

Visits are booked online, and TFC’s nationwide network of more than 1,800 TFC-Certified™ nurses provides coverage across the U.S., including nights, weekends, and holidays. Every TFC nurse is a credentialed registered nurse or advanced practice nurse and completes fertility-specific training through TFC’s certification program. And while technology makes booking and coordinating visits easier, there’s always a real person available to help answer questions about your visit and make sure you know when your nurse is coming and what to expect.
Since 2017, TFC has completed more than 10,000 in-person visits in patients’ homes. TFC isn’t a fertility clinic and doesn’t prescribe medications or determine treatment protocols; its nurses follow the instructions provided by each patient’s own fertility clinic.
Fertility treatment asks a lot of you. TFC exists because administering every injection yourself doesn’t have to be one of those things. Whether you want support for one important injection or throughout your treatment cycle, having an experienced nurse come to you can provide a little more confidence, comfort, and peace of mind — and give you more space to get back to the rest of your day.
