Peanut-buttery, vanilla, maple and cacao bliss balls? Yes please!

Our favourite bliss balls recipe
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp good-quality peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup vanilla-flavoured protein powder
- ¼ cup ground almonds, or almond meal
- 2 tbsp cacao chips
- water to bind (as needed)
Method
- Pop wet ingredients into the bowl first, then dry ingredients and combine
- Add water if required, to get to a moist roll-able texture
- Roll into bite-sized balls
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or leave overnight, if you can wait!)
