The 7 Fundamentals is an Energetic Principle to Fertility, and is a unique approach to fertility support. In this live, we hear from Nicola Carter and Caroline Tanner (AKA @avocado_fertility), and their new project called Fertility Goddess Fundamentals – they both met during a fertility CPD session and recognised their shared passion for a holistic approach to fertility support that encompasses mindfulness, mind-body connection and energy healing.
They used their shared belief as the basis of Fertility Goddess Fundamentals: a unique seven week programme which teaches the importance of linking the mind, body and emotional energy to enhance fertility.
