Michelle is a self-proclaimed health junkie and practicing nutritionist of 13 years. A bestselling author, lover of all things travel and chocolate (dark of course) and proud mama bear to Harper and Caden.

Helping hundreds of people achieve their health goals was her sole focus for many years – that was until she realized that having a baby wasn’t as easy as she originally thought. She figured being a nutritionist laid the grounds for conception.

Michelle’s emotional journey through infertility and eventual pregnancy was largely impacted and supported by a newfound friend and confidant, Lyndsey. After personally going through a rough journey with infertility herself, Lyndsey was there to lend an ear and shoulder, answer questions and, eventually, join forces with Michelle to create myMindBodyBody!

Now Michelle has shifted her focus to helping those trying to conceive and on their personal road to motherhood.
