This Week’s LIVES – Working with your Fertility Specialist, Male Infertility and Hilariously Infertile
29 Jan 2021

This was a big week for Fertility Help Hub, as we launched our global initiative, Fertility Clinics vs. Covid, to offer 8 people around the world the opportunity to #RestartTheJourney with free treatment.
Throughout this 8-week campaign, we are going live on Instagram and conducting various webinars about all sorts of fertility topics, with insightful discussions. We are being joined each week throughout the campaign by our eight fertility providers (fertility clinics and sperm bank), as well as our amazing TTC (trying to conceive) ambassadors, who are sharing their individual stories, so that people can learn more and feel comforted by knowing they are not alone.
Watch our interviews, as we kick-off with Week One
How to Work Successfully with your Fertility Specialist
Watch above the amazingly insightful chat with the friendly and highly experienced fertility specialist, Dr Smotrich from La Jolla IVF. We chat about questions to ask your fertility specialist, when to move onto different options, such as egg, sperm and embryo donation, and how Covid is affecting fertility. Dr Smotrich also discusses the huge range of complex cases / people he has helped during his career. La Jolla IVF (based in San Diego, California) are generously giving away a FREE cycle of IVF as part of our brand new Fertility Clinics vs. Covid initiative, to help those we can #RestartTheJourney.
Male Infertility
The topic covers male fertility tests, natural lifestyle improvements, surgical sperm procedures and success rates. Watch above our insightful chat with the wonderfully experienced Deputy Clinical Director at CRGH fertility clinic in London and Canterbury.
@crgh_uk are also part of our global initiative in the fight against Covid. They are generously offering a FREE cycle of IVF – find out more and apply below.
CRGH have helped welcome 12,000 babies into the world – wow! They have written for us about this and their ways of working (especially during Covid). They’re also offering our readers FREE mini fertility consults. Check out the article now to redeem the offer and watch back our Instagram live above.
Hilariously Infertile
Last but not least, we chatted with the wonderful Karen from @hilariouslyinfertile about both our personal trying to conceive journeys (watch back above). Hers is unreal – IUI and then running from her fertility clinic through an airport to make sure she didn’t miss her nephew’s birth! Karen talks about her struggles with PCOS and we also discuss our new Fertility Clinics vs. Covid initiative, to help 8 couples or solo parents have free fertility treatment or donor sperm.
