Make actionable lifestyle changes to optimize your fertility
Watch as Lauren explains that the goal is to change the things you can see, and worry less about the things that you can’t.
- Focus on your sleep quality. Aim to get seven to nine good, solid-quality hours of sleep each night.
- Maintain a healthy weight. That means not being overweight or underweight as that can affect ovulation and menstrual cycles, the goal is to maintain a healthy body weight.
- Be aware of what you are putting in and on your body. Limit your exposure to chemicals and toxins that may negatively affect your fertility.
Nurture fertility and mindset during IVF with daily affirmations
Lauren explains that words matter – especially self-talk.
It’s okay to feel overwhelmed, but you can avoid negative feelings by changing the words you use.
Affirmations woven with love can be your gentle companion on this journey. Speak them during quiet moments, write them in your journal and let them breathe life into your days.
