What are some natural ways to increase fertility?
When it comes to boosting our fertility, there’s a whole lot more than we’re led to believe that we can actually change and influence ourselves.
But where should we start, when we’re looking for natural fertility support? Whilst it can feel both empowering and a little overwhelming, the good news is, we don’t have to go it alone.
Watch as Denise Noyer-Erez , L.Ac (also known as The Fertility Godmother, for good reason!) shares how she’s helped hundreds of couples support their fertility journey with her easy-to-follow holistic fertility game plan.
This takes the form of a holistic course focusing on natural fertility support, understanding your body and cycle and proactively preparing for pregnancy.

Top natural ways to support your fertility
Watch as Denise shares her easy checklist for getting started.
- Nutrition – Fill your plate full of vibrant, fertility friendly foods. Think leafy greens, berries, nuts and seeds, high quality proteins and fats.
- Stress – Learning ways to calm your nervous system and manage stress are essential. Whether it’s taking a walk in the park, writing in your journal, meditating, acupuncture or yoga.
- Lifestyle – Making sure you’re getting regular exercise or moving your body, consistent quality sleep and avoiding toxins like alcohol, tobacco and trans fats.

Stress and fertility – how to support yourself
How can stress affect our fertility? Denise shares;
“Stress does more than just bring our emotions down. It plays a toll on our body.
When highly stressed, our body produces cortisol, and too much cortisol in our body can interfere with ovulation and the production of progesterone, both are really important when you’re TTC.
There are many ways that you can manage stress, like mindfulness meditation, yoga, acupuncture, and having positive self-talk.”
3 ways to find emotional strength when TTC feels difficult
- Make things smaller. When we feel overwhelmed, we tend to stack things on and make things really big. So I invite you to make them smaller, more manageable and move forward.
- Take some deep breaths. When you feel worried about the future, if things will work or not work, take some deep breaths (I recommend the 4-4-8 count) to calm your nervous system and allow you to be more resourceful.
- Gratitude. If you can get present to three things you’re grateful for in the morning and really feel gratitude for it, really remember how that made you feel, it’ll make a huge difference in your overall health.
